UPPER SCHOOL OPEN HOUSE · TUESDAY 20 OCTOBER · 6:00 PM · GRADES 6–12
Play varsity. Be in the play. Build the robot. Lead the team. At Heritage, students are not choosing between the things they love, and they are not sitting on a bench waiting for a turn.
Upper Campus · 16000 S Blackbob Rd., Olathe · 6:00 to 7:30 PM
At a lot of schools, a student picks one thing at fourteen and that is the thing they do. Here, a junior can throw shot put in the spring, run sound for the musical, and still make it to robotics.
Not because we ask less of them. Because there is room, and because we think a student is formed by more than one pursuit.
Students play. Rosters have room, and coaches know their names.
Hands on a build, not a waiting list.
Stage time for students who want it.
Rigorous academics and dual credit, taught by people who know where each student is headed.
An hour of programme, then half an hour of whatever you still want to ask. Bring your student. This one is as much for them as for you.
6:00
Emily Vos opens in the Black Box, then Dr. Hummel on who we are and what we are for.
6:10
Mr. Hoskins on how faith runs through the subjects rather than sitting beside them.
6:20
Mrs. Parr on the courses, the pathways, and where they lead.
6:30
With Emily and our student council. Four stops: student activities, athletics, fine arts, and STEM and robotics.
7:00
Every member of staff stays. Find the one you want to talk to. Hospitality and swag table open.
7:30
Or later, if you are still talking. Nobody rushes you out.
